Important: For the best comfort and fit, please follow the guidelines. Ensure your hair is flat or braided down. Do not measure too tightly.
01 - Head Circumference
Measure around the fullest part of your head, following your natural hairline, next behind your ears, then around the back and returning to the starting point.
02 - Front to Back (Nape)
Measure from the center of your hairline, over the crown of your head, to the center of your nape.
03 - Temple to Temple
Measure from one temple, across the back of your head, to the opposite temple.
04 - Nape of Neck
Measure the width of your hairline across the nape of your neck, from one side to the other.

Shipping Your Hair to Glossed
Ship your hair within 7 business days after placing your order. Please use a trackable shipping service and retain your tracking information. Your custom wig service does not begin until your hair has been received.
Processing Time
Once hair is received, please allow 10-12 business days for standard processing. If there are any delays, you will be notified.
Shipping Your Completed Wig
Your return shipping fee and email is collected at checkout. Once your custom unit is completed, we will ship your finished unit to the address provided with your order and a tracking number will be sent to your email.
